Cancellation
Policy

Appointments must be cancelled with 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments not cancelled within this time are considered as late cancellations and accounts will be assessed for the full $60 penalty fee. Missing your scheduled appointment will also result in a $60 No Show Fee. Fees must be paid before any additional appointments can be scheduled.
